What are keloid clips?
Keloid clips are specially designed compression devices used for the treatment of keloids – especially earlobe keloids. A keloid compression clip applies constant and controlled pressure, which may help reduce the growth of scar tissue.
How does a keloid compression clip work?
Through continuous compression, blood flow to the keloid is reduced, which can help flatten the keloid and lower the risk of recurrence after surgical removal.

Tip 1
Cut the small screw piece on the back – so it doesn’t stick out as much.
Tip 2
The side with large holes has no threads. If the screw is hard to get through the hole, you can move the screw up and down 2-3 times.
Tip 3
It may be a good idea to tighten it as much as possible – without causing pain. In some cases, this can actually provide a better effect.
